At Iconift, all of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality for your personalized gifts. Below is an overview of our processing and delivery policies to help you know what to expect after placing your order.


1. Processing & Delivery Time

Production time: 0–5 business days

Estimated shipping time (after production):

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Canada / Europe / Australia: 10–15 business days

  • Other regions: 15–25 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly during busy holiday seasons or due to customs and local courier conditions.

2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email after checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey.


3. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, building, or unit numbers if applicable.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details may be delayed or returned.

  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Iconift will only assist with shipping issues based on the final confirmed address provided by the customer.

  • In some cases, we may require the customer to confirm their address before the order can be shipped. If the customer fails to confirm the address, we will be unable to proceed with shipping and will refuse any requests for refunds, replacements, or cancellations, as the order has already been produced.

  • Occasionally, before the order is shipped, if the address is identified as invalid, incomplete, or potentially undeliverable (e.g. fake address, missing unit number, non-serviceable areas), we will reach out to the customer for confirmation. The order will be placed on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting a response. If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled, and a 100% refund will be issued.


4. Delivery Issues

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us. We’ll be happy to contact the shipping carrier and help investigate the issue further.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us:

  • A clear photo or a short video of the damaged product

  • A photo of the shipping label on the outside of the package

In some cases, we may ask you to create a Service Request with the shipping carrier. You can follow the instructions here: Service Request Guide. This is required in the following situations:

  • The package was delivered to the post office and not directly to your address.

  • The package could not be delivered due to external conditions (e.g., weather, geographic limitations) preventing delivery to your home.

  • The tracking shows that the order was delivered, but you have not received the package.

This helps us assess the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Please note that the amount paid on our website does not include taxes, customs fees, or import duties. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations, and you may need to pay them before your order is delivered.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions regarding these fees before placing your order.

  • Customers will be required to handle the payment of any customs duties directly with the customs authority to ensure the delivery of their order.

  • For international shipments, customers are required to provide an email address and phone number when placing the order to ensure they can be notified by customs authorities in case any procedures or tax payments are required to clear customs.


6. Holiday Season Notice

During major holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, delivery timeframes may extend due to high demand. We encourage placing orders early to avoid delays.
